I left out my open jar of yeast on the counter overnight.
Is this some kind of dry active yeast.
If so, it is probably just fine but you can always test it to be sure.
It will last longest stored in the fridge or freezer but, it’s good for quite some time at room temperature so long as it stays bone dry..
